Greetings, and thank you for this tutorial. I do have a question to ask about how to go the other direction and reduce puff. I have a drop waist dress pattern from the 1980's and need to make it more closely resemble a 1920's dress for a stage performance (All the research I have done on early to mid- 1920's fashions shows that the a puff sleeve was not in fashion at that time). The pattern has a 1980's puff sleeve with gathers at the top and the bottom of the sleeve. Do you have a link to a tutorial to show me how to unpuff my sleeve pattern?
